Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Once the item arrives back at our warehouse, we will process your refund. You will receive a refund notification email once it's been processed.
You can send us an email to info@symmetryuniformscaribe@gmail.com specifying which item you want to exchange/return. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to answer your request. Please take in consideration that Symmetry Uniforms Caribe doesn't accept the following clothing/items.
• Pre-orders are Final Sale.
• Items on Sale, Clearance, Holiday Specials and/or Final Sale can't be returned, exchanged or receive an online store credit.
Returns must meet the following requirements.
• Items must be shipped out within 7 days of the order being delivered. As evidenced by the courier's tracking information.
• Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have the tags and labels attached.
• Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains/condition will be refused and shipped back to you.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• You must provide the tracking number for your return.
• Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, please make sure they're packed up properly. Also keep your proof of postage.
• Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll email you to let you know when the exchanged piece will be shipped or the return of your money.
E-Gift cards are valid for 6 months.
